These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on Real-Leaf.shop, based in Malta. By ordering from this site, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this website. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement.

2. Product Use

  • Real Leaf herbal blends are natural, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free. They may be used as:
    • Tea infusions
    • Herbal smoking blends
    • Or for other lawful personal uses
    • We make no medical or therapeutic claims regarding the product’s effects.

3. Prices and VAT

  • All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.

4. Order and Payment

  • Orders are accepted upon full payment via the online checkout. You will receive an email confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
  • Orders submitted with non-local addresses will be cancelled. Refunds in such cases will be subject to administrative deductions of €3.00 per order.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver only to Malta and Gozo.
  • While we always aim to process orders as soon as possible, delivery is made by courier within 4 to 5 business days from confirmation of order.
  • Delivery charges are clearly published at checkout.

6. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

  • In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
  • To exercise this right:
    • Notify us in writing (email or letter) within the 14-day window by replying to the email confirmation you received when placing your order.
    • Return the product in unused, unopened, and resalable condition within 14 days of cancellation.
    • Return shipping costs will be borne by you.
    • If the product has already been shipped, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, as that service has been fulfilled.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
    • This right to cancel does not apply to opened or unsealed products.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You will be asked to return the item, and we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for:
    • Indirect or consequential losses
    • Effects from improper or unauthorised use
    • Delays or failures outside our control

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Maltese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
